As a member, you’ll get access to 3 live online workouts every week, led by RosaeFitness. A certified coach who is there to guide you, motivate you and help you move safely and confidently.

Tuesdays 18:30pm: Strength in Bloom — Full-body strength & conditioning

A powerful, feel-good session designed to help you build strength from head to toe. Expect functional movements, smart conditioning and options for all levels — so you can grow stronger, more confident and more capable each week.

Thursdays 18:30pm: Bloom & Burn — Weight training & fat-burning workouts (PCOS friendly)

This is where strength meets slight intensity. A dynamic workout focused on weight training, calorie burn, and boosting your metabolism. Challenge yourself through results-driven training from the comfort of your own space, where you can move freely, sweat confidently and stay consistent without outside pressure.

Sundays 10am: The Rosae Reset — Mobility, recovery and full-body flow

A slower, nourishing session to reset your body and mind. This workout focuses on mobility, flexibility, breathwork and gentle strength — perfect for easing tension, improving movement and setting yourself up for a strong week ahead.
